Terms and Conditions:
- The club reserves the right to reduce the number of prizes if insufficient entries are made to the competition (at the discretion of the organisers).
- No entrant may win more than one prize.
- The prizes are not transferable, nor is there a cash equivalent available.
- The copyright of all images remains with the photographer.
- The club may use some of the images to promote the competition in this year and any subsequent years.
- The images may be displayed, with the photographer’s name, in the club’s annual exhibition and also in its website. This may also include press releases.
- Images that may cause offence or are unsuitable will be disqualified.
- In all matters relating to this competition, the decision of the organisers is final and no correspondence in relation to placings or disqualifications will be entered into.
- Entrants and their data are protected by the club’s privacy policy.
